Pork Chops and Sauerkraut
Pork Chops And Sauerkraut is an easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, 1 large can sauerkraut and 1 tbsp. (heaping) applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown pork chops and cook until they are almost done.
Take out of pan and make gravy with the pan drippings.
Then add 1 heaping tablespoon of applesauce (mix well with gravy).
After the gravy is made, add 1 large can of sauerkraut.
Stir ingredients well.
Pour into long baking dish (13 x 9-inch, preferably glass but doesn't need to be).
Then lay the 6 pork chops on top, pushing them down in, just a little.
Bake at 350Β° approximately 1 hour.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
