Pork Chops and Rice-a-Roni
Pork Chops And Rice-A-Roni is an easy dinner. Made with cooking oil, pork chops and 1 box beef flavored rice-a-roni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Using a large skillet, put enough cooking oil in skillet to cover the bottom.
Bread pork chops as you would to fry.
When chops are done, remove from skillet and drain grease.
In same skillet, prepare Rice-A-Roni.
While rice is boiling, place pork chops back in skillet with rice.
Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If desired, you may add tomato juice to rice before adding pork chops.
