Pork Chops And Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops, 1 can consomme soup, 1/2 can water, 1 c. minute rice and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brown chops in pan that can be put in oven (with Crisco) on both sides.
Remove from pan and stir in onion and Minute rice until lightly browned.
Add soup.
Stir and place chops on top. Bake 45 minutes in a 325° to 350° oven.
Serve with tossed salad and French bread.
