Pork Chops and Rice
Pork Chops And Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 pork chops, 2 c. cooked rice, 3 large onions, chopped and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Fry pork chops in pan with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine. Cook rice.
After the pork chops are done, take the chopped onions and the other tablespoon butter or margarine and fry up the onions in the same pan that the pork chops were in.
This will give your onions the flavor of the pork chops.
Take the cooked rice and onions and mix them together, placing them in a nice casserole dish.
Place your pork chops on top.
Serves 6 to 8.
