Pork Chops and Orange Rice
Pork Chops And Orange Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick), 1 1/3 c. minute rice, salt and pepper, 1 c. orange juice (i add a little more) and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken and rice soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown pork chops in heavy skillet.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drain grease.
Place rice in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour orange juice over the rice.
Arrange browned pork chops on rice.
Pour chicken soup over all.
Cover and bake in moderate oven (350Β°) for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
