Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 5 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 c. milk, heated, 6 pork chops and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place potatoes, sugar, salt and pepper in alternate layers in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover potatoes with milk. Add extra milk, if needed.
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
Arrange on top of potatoes.
Cover and bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake until pork chops are brown.
Makes 6 servings.
