Pork Chop Casserole

Trim excess fat from pork chops and brown quickly in butter in a skillet.
Remove chops from pan.
Saute onion in pan drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and the onion in a lightly greased, shallow casserole; mix well.
Arrange chops on rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
