Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 c. oil, 1 envelope onion soup mix (lipton) and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Season chops with salt and pepper; brown on both sides in hot oil.
Remove chops and add soup mix, mushroom soup and water to pan drippings.
Bring to a boil.
Put green pepper and rice in a shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with chops.
Pour mixture over chops and bake at 350Β° for one hour.
