Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mushroom soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. chopped medium onion, 1/2 c. milk and 4 pork chops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown pork chops on each side.
While browning, mix mushroom soup, sour cream, onion, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Set aside.
Peel and slice the potatoes.
Layer bottom of pan and pour 3/4 of the soup mixture over them.
Spread evenly.
Layer browned pork chops on top of potatoes.
Spoon remaining soup mixture on each chop.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
