Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raw rice, 2 cans beef consomme, 6 to 8 pork chops, seasoned and browned, sliced onions and sliced tomatoes (fresh, if you have them), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread raw rice, sprinkled with salt, in 9 x 12 x 14-inch baking dish.
Place browned pork chops over rice.
On each pork chop, place slice of onion, slice of tomato and ring of bell pepper.
Pour 2 cans of consomme over this.
Seal well with tinfoil.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
