Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 thick pork chops, 4 rings tomatoes, 1/2 green pepper, 8 tbsp. uncooked rice and 1 can consomme or beef broth or golden mushroom soup or tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown chops in pan.
Place rice in bottom of oven dish or electric frypan.
Arrange chops and brown crumbs onto each pile of rice.
Arrange slice of thick tomato, thick onion ring and pepper ring on each chop (2 tablespoons of rice for each chop).
Pour your liquid on after you have arranged all in baking dish, then the butter.
Cook until rice and chops are done.
