Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops, 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 large can asparagus and 1 c. grated cheese or slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix 1/2 can asparagus juice to soup mixture. Place rice in bottom of dish. Alternate layers of asparagus, soup and cheese. Place pork chops on top with lots of butter.
Cook in oven at 375Β° for 1 hour or until desired tenderness of chops.
Cover with foil for the first 1/2 hour.
Uncover so chops will brown.
