Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 pork chops, 3 c. sliced potatoes, 1 c. sliced carrots, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1 medium onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Brown on both sides in a skillet.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the vegetables and pour soup over.
Remove chops from pan, remove fat from skillet and add water to rinse and scrape particles from bottom of skillet.
Pour this over vegetables.
Sprinkle with thyme.
Place chops on top. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
If chops get too brown during cooking, cover with glass lid or foil.
