Pork Casserole
Pork Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes, 2 large (16 oz. each) cans sauerkraut, drained, 2 medium onions, sliced and 3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown pork in skillet and set aside.
Spread 1/2 sauerkraut in 2-quart greased casserole.
Cover with 1 onion.
Place pork on top.
Layer onions and sauerkraut on top of pork.
Pour water over all, cover and bake at 325Β° for 4 hours.
