Porcupine Meatballs
Porcupine Meatballs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 c. uncooked rice, 1 lb. hamburger meat, 1 chopped onion and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix soup with one can water; set aside.
Combine rice, hamburger meat, onion, salt, pepper and 4 tablespoon soup mixture; mix well.
Form into balls.
Place in casserole; cover with remaining soup.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.
