Porcupine Meatballs
Porcupine Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped, 1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup soup; mix well.
Shape into 20 small meatballs and place in large saucepan.
Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over meatballs.
Bring to boil; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
