Porcupine Meatballs
Porcupine Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. uncooked rice (not minute rice), 2 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 medium onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
Form into small balls.
Place in large glass baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
In saucepan, combine soup, water and ketchup.
Heat to boiling.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover with glass lid or foil. Bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done.
