Poppy Seed Nut Bread
Poppy Seed Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. poppy seed, 1 tbsp. baking powder and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
In another bowl, beat eggs with milk, oil and vanilla until blended. Stir liquids into dry ingredients until smooth.
Mix in the nuts. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes or until loaves test done.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Remove to racks to finish cooling.
Freezes well.
