Mix together sugar, vanilla, almond flavoring, oil and milk. Add eggs and poppy seeds.
Blend in flour, salt and baking powder. For 1 loaf, bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
For 6 mini-loaves, bake 35 minutes at 350°.
For 12 muffins, bake 30 minutes at 350°.
Cool and glaze with confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla or almond extract.
