Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 18 c. popped (unsalted) popcorn, 3/4 lb. bag m&m's, 1 stick margarine, 1/4 c. oil and 1 lb. mini marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a Teflon pan, melt the margarine and oil.
Add the marshmallows; heat until melted, being careful not to burn.
In a large pan, put the popcorn and pour the marshmallow mixture over it.
Mix well.
Let it set for a few minutes before adding the M&M's.
Toss well; press into a greased Bundt pan.
Remove after 1 hour.
Let it set for a couple of hours before slicing.
Use a sharp knife.
