Poor Man'S Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 c. shredded cabbage, 1 onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 c. uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown onion, beef, salt, pepper and rice.
Stir in cheese. In greased casserole, layer cabbage and meat mixture until all are gone.
Combine tomato sauce and water.
