Poor Man's Lobster
Poor Man'S Lobster is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. seafood seasoning, 3/4 c. water, 1/4 c. red or white vinegar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 lb. frozen fish fillets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Bring seafood seasoning, water, vinegar and salt to boil in large, shallow pan with a tight-fitting lid.
Add frozen fish. (Do not use breaded or thawed fish.)
Boil 7 1/2 minutes on each side for a total of 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on cookie sheet.
Stir lemon juice with margarine and drizzle part of mixture over fish.
Sprinkle with parsley and/or paprika.
Broil 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve with remaining melted margarine.
