Poor Man's Foie De Gras
Poor Man'S Foie De Gras is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. chicken livers, 1 stalk celery, diced, 1 small onion, diced, 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved and 1 sprig celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook livers, celery, onion and parsley in water until soft (approximately 10 minutes).
Drain.
Use fork or food processor and mash livers, celery, onion and yolks of eggs together until smooth.
Blend in Thousand Island dressing, mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or before serving. Spread on crackers.
Stuff mixture into egg whites or celery stalks.
Sprinkle with paprika to decorate.
