In a large skillet, cook the onions, celery and garlic in the canola oil for 3 minutes.

Add the round steak, cut in thin strips and the strips of green pepper.

Cook until meat is slightly seared.

Add the beef broth, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Mix the soy sauce with the cornstarch until smooth.

Add to meat mixture and cook on medium heat until mixture is clear.

Serve over rice or noodles.

Yields 4 to 6 servings.
