Polynesian Pork

Put meat on rack in shallow roasting pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Roast pork in moderate oven at 350Β° for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender when tested with a fork.
Baste frequently with mixture of soy sauce, catsup, honey and garlic.
Transfer pork to heated platter; garnish with watercress.
This serves a crowd and is so easy to fix!
