Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, salt and ground beef in mixing bowl; mix well.
Shape mixture into 48 (1-inch) meatballs.
Arrange half of meatballs in double row on round microproof plate.
Cover with waxed paper.
Cook on High for 5 minutes or until meatballs are firm.
Drain; cover to keep warm. Repeat with second plate.
