Made with 13 1/2 oz. can pineapple tidbits, 3 c. cubed ham, 2 c. sliced canned or cooked sweet potatoes, 1/3 c. brown sugar and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
Layer pineapple, ham and sweet potatoes in 2-quart casserole.
Combine brown sugar, flour, curry powder and pepper.
Blend in pineapple syrup, water and vinegar.
Pour over casserole.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cover with topping before baking.
