Polynesian Butterscotch Cookies
Polynesian Butterscotch Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 1 stick oleo, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In small bowl, combine flour, salt and soda.
In large bowl, beat oleo, oil, sugars and egg until creamy.
Slowly add flour mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are crisp and centers are soft. You don't need to grease the pan, but I spray my pans.
