Plain Good Meat Loaf
Plain Good Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1/3 c. onions, finely chopped and 2 tbsp. snipped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper.
Add meat and mix well.
Pat mixture into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven and spoon off excess fat.
Combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard and spread over meat loaf.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
