Pizza Rustica Or Easter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks pepperoni, cut in quarters (hormel), 3 lb. ricotta, 2 lb. mozzarella, diced, 1 doz. eggs and 1 1/2 lb. sausage (out of casing), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown sausage meat and drain excess fat.
Mix eggs, Ricotta and grated cheese.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Grease a large lasagna pan and pour mix in.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Best when settled for 1 day and heat before serving.
Do not serve out of the oven or else the pie will run.
Must be cooled down.
