Pizza Dough
Pizza Dough is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope dry yeast, 1 c. warm water, 3 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle yeast over "very warm" water.
Stir to dissolve yeast.
Stir flour and salt together.
Add yeast mixture and oil. Stir until rough dough forms.
Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (about 5 to 7 minutes). Shape into ball and place in greased bowl; turn to coat.
Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Spread in 16-inch pan.
Add toppings.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
