Pizza Cups
Pizza Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.), 1 tbsp. instant minced onion, 1 tsp. italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown and drain ground beef.
Stir in tomato paste, onions and seasonings.
(Mixture will be thick.)
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Place biscuits in greased muffin tins, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 cups.
