Pizza Cups
Pizza Cups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 tbsp. instant minced onion, 1 tsp. italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 400°.
Brown and drain meat.
Stir in paste, onion and seasonings.
Mixture will be very thick.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin and press over bottom and up sides.
Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit crust.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12.
