Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. warm water, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. oil and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve dry yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt and oil. Add flour until dough thickens.
Add flour so dough is soft, but not sticky.
Let rise to double.
Pan out onto 2 cookie sheets. Top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes or until bottom is brown.
Then top with Mozzarella cheese.
Return to oven and bake about 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
