Cook macaroni for 6 minutes according to package.
Drain and put into cake pan.
Cook hamburg, mushrooms, onion and pepperoni in a fry pan.
Drain and put into the cake pan.
Mix well with the macaroni.
Spread the cheese over top.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for1 to 1 1/2 hours.
