Pizza Casserole
Pizza Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. ground beef, fried and drained, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. onion, 8 oz. cooked wide noodles and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry and drain ground beef.
Cook noodles and drain.
Saute green pepper and onion.
Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
