Pita Bread
Pita Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 1/4 c. lukewarm water, 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (unbleached) and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Sprinkle yeast and sugar in water; stir to dissolve.
Set aside to proof.
Measure flour and salt into a large bowl; make a well and stir in yeast mixture.
