Pistachio Salad
Pistachio Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large carton cool whip, 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix, 1 c. miniature marshmallows (colored) and 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix Cool Whip and dry pudding mix. Stir gently, but mix well. Add marshmallows undrained pineapple; mix well. Spread in Pyrex and chill several hours before serving. Cut into squares to serve.
Top each square with a cherry.
If desired, peaches and bananas can be added.
