Combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixer bowl.

Blend and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube or tube pan.

Repeat layers and top with remaining batter. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
