Pistachio Dessert
Pistachio Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 70 ritz crackers, crushed, 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted, 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix crackers and oleo and spread in loaf pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Mix pudding with milk.
Add vanilla ice cream.
Pour over crust.
Spread Cool Whip over all.
Sprinkle with Heath bars. Freeze.
Very good.
Can be made the day before serving.
It will keep in freezer for a month or more.
Great for unexpected guests!!!
