Pistachio Delight Salad
Pistachio Delight Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding, 2 (9 oz.) cartons whipped topping, 2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple and juice and 2 c. mini marshmallows (colored), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a bowl, combine the pudding mix and the pineapple (including juice).
Either beat with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes, until the mixture is somewhat thickened, or stir with a spoon until it begins to thicken.
Add whipped topping; fold in with rubber spatula.
Fold in marshmallows.
Refrigerate.
May be stored for several days.
