Pistachio Cake
Pistachio Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix, 3 whole eggs, 1 c. vegetable oil, 1 box white cake mix and 1 c. club soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Sift cake mix into large mixer bowl and add pudding mix, eggs, oil, club soda and nuts.
Beat batter at medium-high speed for 4 minutes (this is very important).
Pour batter into a greased Bundt, tube or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool completely; frost.
