Pinto Fiesta Cake
Pinto Fiesta Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. margarine, 2 egg whites, lightly beaten, 2 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat to 375Β°.
Cream the sugar and margarine. Add beaten whites.
Add mashed beans and mix well.
Sift all dry ingredients including spices together.
Add to sugar mixture. Add apples, raisins, chopped walnuts and vanilla. Pour into lightly oiled 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
