Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans crushed pineapple (heavy syrup), 1 1/2 sticks butter, 1 c. brown sugar and 1 yellow cake mix (not pudding in recipe), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter and brown sugar in bottom of 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Drain pineapple (leave some juice); pour over butter and brown sugar.
Mix cake as directed.
Pour over pineapple mix.
Bake until cake is done (350Β°) for about 1 hour.
When done, turn upside down.
