Pineapple Stuffing
Pineapple Stuffing is an easy dinner. Made with 5 slices bread, crust removed and diced into small pieces (7 slices if light bread is used), 1 large (no. 2) can crushed pineapple and juice, 1/2 c. margarine or butter (not light), 1 c. sugar and 4 eggs or egg beaters, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Beat until fluffy, then fold in pineapple and bread.
Place in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
May be doubled for a 13 x 9-inch dish.
