Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain 1/2 of pineapple juice from can.
Pour pineapple in mixing bowl.
Mix sugar and flour separately then toss together in pineapple.
Put in cheese and toss again.
Melt butter in 8 x 8 inch dish.
Pour in pineapple mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
Bake 10 minutes more.
Serve warm or cold.
(Best right out of the oven!)
