Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can diced pineapple, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 3 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain and save juice from pineapple.
Combine pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in bowl and set aside.
In small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, butter and egg; cook over medium heat until smooth and thickened.
When sauce has cooled, pour over pineapple mixture and chill several hours. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream.
Serve cold.
