Pineapple Pound Cake

Cream the shortening, margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add dry ingredients, one tablespoon at a time, alternating with milk. Add vanilla and fold in pineapple.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Put into a cold oven. Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool cake for 10 minutes and remove from pan. Frost with Pineapple Icing.
