Pineapple Pound Cake
Pineapple Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. butter, 2 3/4 c. sugar, 6 eggs and 3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine shortening, butter and sugar; cream until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Combine flour and baking powder; add creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla. Stir crushed pineapple.
Pour batter into well-greased and floured
10-inch tube pan.
Place in a cold oven; bake in a
325Β° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in minutes.
Invert onto serving plate; drizzle Pineapple Glaze over top and sides.
