Pineapple Pork Chops
Pineapple Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 pork chops, 8 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice and 4 to 6 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Soak pork chops in salt water to remove blood (1 tablespoon salt to enough water to cover chops) for 15 minutes.
Pour pineapple juice in pan or baking dish (large enough to lay chops flat).
Place chops in juice (not covering chops).
Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar on top of each chop (spread evenly on chop).
Cover with foil; bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil; continue to bake meat, letting it brown for 30 more minutes.
